• First, a foil-faced insulation board such as Kingspan or Celotex is placed on the concrete subfloor. Then, the pipe work is attached directly to it (DPM can also be applied dependent on floor build up)

• After testing the pipework, it is covered with either a sand and cement screed or a pumped anhydrite screed. It is important to check with building control for the required insulation thickness in new build properties.

• The high density dry screed board used in low profile systems serves as a heat conducting surface that transfers heat from the pipes to the floor above.

• The panels are available in a thicknesses of 15 and 18mm.

• The chipboard has grooves spaced at 150mm intervals can accommodate 12mm pipes. It comes with a 100-micron foil covering for uniform heat distribution.​​​
•  Ideal for use over a suspended or joisted floor with minimal floor buildup. For a polished look, the 16mm pipe can be installed directly into the chipboard.
